Westchester runs north of Bird Road and west of the Palmetto Expressway, home to FIU's main campus, Tamiami Regional Park and the Westchester Regional Library on Coral Way. From the middle of the neighborhood, take Coral Way (SW 24th St) east to Galloway Road (SW 87th Ave), turn right and go south to Bird Road. Turn left, head east about a mile and a half across the Palmetto, then turn right on SW 72nd Ave and right on SW 42nd St. It is about 9 minutes from the middle of Westchester outside rush hour.
