Diesel diagnostics in Miami
A code is not a diagnosis, and replacing parts by guess is the fastest way to spend money without fixing the van. Sprinter Garage diagnoses diesel vans, pickups and work trucks with the scan tool, live data and hands-on tests, then gives you a written price for the actual fix.
Diesel diagnostics
- Fault code reads on Sprinter, Transit and other light and medium duty diesels, with the freeze frame data saved to your file
- Live data testing: fuel pressure, boost, EGR flow, injector balance and aftertreatment temperatures
- Derate diagnosis: DPF, DEF quality, NOx sensors, SCR faults and the wiring behind them
- No-start and hard-start testing: cranking, fuel supply, glow plugs or intake heaters, and battery and ground checks
- Electrical diagnosis on vans and trucks that act up after the rain: chafed harnesses, corroded connectors, bad grounds
- Overheating diagnosis under load, not just at idle
- A written findings sheet with what failed, why, and the price to fix it
Signs you need this
- Check engine or emissions light with a loss of power or a countdown on the dash
- An intermittent stall or no-start that never happens when someone is watching
- A regen that starts and never finishes, or keeps repeating
- A part was already replaced and the same code came back
- Gauges or warning lights doing strange things after a heavy rain
Diagnostic time is a written price you approve first. When we find the fault, you get a separate written price for the repair, with photos, and you decide. Sales tax is on parts only, never labor.
