Learn moreWorking with your insurance claim and adjuster
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's contact. We inspect the car, photograph the damage and write the estimate, then send it to the adjuster. If the insurer wants someone to look at the car, the adjuster can do it here.
Insurers often suggest a shop. Read your policy and ask your adjuster what it says, because a suggestion is not automatically a requirement. If you want the car here, tell your adjuster. If your policy does require a specific shop, ask what changes for your claim before you decide.
We are an independent shop, so your insurer decides what the policy pays. Before we begin, you see what they approved, your deductible and anything not covered.
A written estimate with photos
Every damaged area gets photographed, and the estimate lists each part, each repair step and the labor. You see which parts we would repair and which need replacing, and why.
Once a bumper cover or a panel comes off, there is often damage nobody could see from outside: brackets, absorbers, the radiator support, sensors and wiring. We photograph it and write it up. On a claim it goes to the insurer for approval, which is called a supplement. If you are paying yourself, it goes to you. That extra work does not start until it is approved.
Color matching and paint
Every car has a paint code, usually on a label in the door jamb or under the hood. We start there, then check the mix against your car, because age and the Miami sun change how a color looks.
We blend the new color into the panels next to the repair so your eye does not catch a line, and we finish with clear coat. Older or sun faded paint takes more blending, and we tell you that in the estimate before anything is sanded.
The mechanical side an accident leaves behind
A front end hit can crack the radiator, bend a control arm or knock the alignment out, not just the bumper. A hit near a wheel can bend suspension or steering parts. Because we are a mechanical shop too, we check those parts and fix them in the same visit instead of sending you somewhere else after the paint dries.
Before you get the keys back, we scan the car for warning lights, check the alignment when the hit could have moved it, and road test it.
Luxury, European and exotic cars
We repair body damage and paint on luxury and European cars like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and Lexus, and on exotic cars like Porsche, Ferrari and Lamborghini. Low front ends, splitters and side skirts get lifted and handled with care.
We are an independent shop, not factory certified or dealer authorized, and we never claim to be. Check your factory warranty and any open recall first, and ask your adjuster what your policy says about the shop. If a repair needs dealer-only software or coding, we tell you up front, before you spend anything.
How a collision job works
- 01
Bring the car and the claim
Book a time, or have the car towed here if it is not safe to drive. Bring your claim number and your adjuster's contact if you have them.
- 02
Photos and a written estimate
We photograph the damage and write an estimate that lists each part and each step. It goes to you, and to your adjuster on a claim.
- 03
Your yes before any work
You see what the insurer approved, your deductible and anything not covered, or your full price if you pay yourself. Nothing is added without your yes.
- 04
Repair, paint, then a text
We repair, paint and check the mechanical side, with a text at each step. Collision, body and paint work falls outside the TechNet Nationwide Warranty, so it carries Sprinter Garage's own shop warranty: 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, on the parts we supply and our labor, honored at our shop in Miami.

Most of the time it is alignment, a tire that is low, or a tire that wore unevenly.

Come in todayThere is a puddle under my car
Clear water near the front passenger side is the AC draining condensation, and in this humidity it is normal to leave a puddle.
