Written down before we touch your vehicle.
You get the price in writing before any work starts. Not a range you have to chase: a number for your vehicle, with the parts and the labor listed.
What is in the number
- The parts and the labor for the job you asked for, listed line by line.
- Sales tax is charged on parts only, never on labor.
- You choose the warranty length: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years. The written price shows each option.
Diagnostics
If we do not know what is wrong yet, the first step is a diagnostic. You approve it first, we find the cause, and then you get the written repair price.
Nothing gets added without a yes
If we find something else while the vehicle is on the lift, you get a photo and a separate price for it, and no is a normal answer. We do the job you approved.
