Shifter does not match the gear

Ram recalled 2014 to 2019 ProMasters with the 3.6L engine because the shifter cable can come off the transmission (NHTSA 20V036). Another recall covers 2019 to 2021 vans whose 62TE transmission may not fully lock in park (23V301). We check your VIN for open recalls before we quote.

2015 to 2018 ProMasters with AC were recalled because the engine cooling fan can seize and its motor can overheat (NHTSA 19V818). A later recall covers the radiator fan circuit on 2018 and newer vans (25V720). If the gauge climbs, pull over and call or text us.

2022 and newer ProMasters were recalled because water can get into the electric power steering wiring and shut off the assist (NHTSA 26V621). If the wheel turns heavy, get it checked before the next route.
