Cuescreens replacement touchscreen: what it is and how we can help in Miami
Cuescreens sells replacement touchscreens for factory infotainment systems, like Cadillac CUE, GM MyLink and IntelliLink, Uconnect, some Mazda and Tesla units, and many more. Many buyers install it themselves. Sprinter Garage is not on Cuescreens' installer list, but we diagnose the vehicle's electrical side, and you can ask us before you book whether we take the install on your car.

What Cuescreens sells
Cuescreens calls itself a specialist in automotive touchscreen replacement. Its main product is a gel free replacement touch panel that it says avoids bubbling and peeling, with clear visibility in bright sun. It covers more than 20 brands. Its FAQ says many customers install the screen themselves in about 30 to 60 minutes using trim tools, screwdrivers and sometimes Torx drivers, with free guides and videos on its site.
Cuescreens says most screens carry a 2 year limited warranty, with a lifetime upgrade available. That warranty excludes installation damage, incorrect installation, and damage caused by the vehicle's existing head unit or wiring.
Where a mechanical shop helps
A new touch panel will not fix a head unit with no power, a blown fuse, a corroded connector or a weak battery that drops voltage on start. Those are electrical faults in the vehicle, and they also fall outside Cuescreens' warranty. We diagnose them with a meter and a scan tool and show you what we find.
Cuescreens says installs through its locator are done by independent third parties it does not guarantee. Whoever installs your screen, ask about their workmanship warranty in writing.
