Reviver RPLATE digital license plates and Miami drivers
Reviver makes the RPLATE, a digital license plate. Its Florida page says rules for digital plates are still being developed here, and Reviver lists California and Arizona as the states where it is currently legal. Sprinter Garage does not sell, install or service the RPLATE, but we can work on every other part of your car.

What the RPLATE is
The RPLATE is a connected digital license plate with a monochrome display, light and dark modes, and custom banner messages. Reviver says it uses a replaceable battery that lasts up to four years, connects over LTE and Bluetooth Low Energy, and needs an active cellular connection to work as a plate. Some service plans add in-app registration renewal.
Reviver describes setup as self-installation with a universal mounting bracket included.
Where it stands in Florida
As of our check in October 2026, Reviver's Florida page says the company is in the process of developing rules and regulations for digital plates in Florida. Its RPLATE page lists California and Arizona as the states where it is legal, and says it is legal to drive across North America. If you are visiting Miami from one of those states with an RPLATE, the plate is a matter for Reviver and your home state.
What we can and cannot help with
Because the RPLATE is battery powered and connects on its own, it is not part of your car's wiring the way a lamp is. We do not mount, remove, program or troubleshoot RPLATE units. If the bumper area is damaged, we do body and paint repair, but plate questions go to Reviver.
We do diagnose and repair the car itself: check engine lights, 12 volt batteries, charging systems, brakes, AC, transmissions, EVs and hybrids.
