Agero sent a tow truck? You can often pick the Miami shop it goes to
Agero runs the roadside service behind many insurance companies and automakers, so you may not see its name until the truck shows up. Many of those programs let you choose the shop the car goes to, within a mileage limit. If yours does, send it to Sprinter Garage, 7217 SW 42nd St, Miami.

We find the cause, send photos and a written price for your exact car, and wait for your yes.
- A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
- Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
- You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
- Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.
Who Agero is
Agero is a roadside and accident management company. It works behind the scenes for insurance carriers and automakers and says it protects about 150 million drivers a year. You reach it through the program you already have, such as your auto policy, your car's roadside plan or a warranty.
That means Agero does not set one rule for everyone. Your program decides how far it tows and where.
Tow distance and choosing the shop
Agero's own guide tells drivers to check their auto policy, warranty or program details to see what is covered and what limits apply. As one example, the Subaru roadside program Agero runs says it tows to the nearest Subaru dealer or another service center you choose, up to program limits.
If our shop is past your limit, the program may charge the extra miles. Ask before the truck leaves.
When you arrive
We do not tow and we do not do mobile repair, so a roadside tow is the usual way a broken down car gets to us. Once it is here, we diagnose it and nothing is done without your yes. If the car is still under a factory warranty, we will tell you so you can decide where to take it.
