TrxNow is the software some automakers, insurers, warranty companies and fleets use to run their roadside assistance. If your roadside call was handled that way, the tow rules come from your own program. What TrxNow is, and is not
TrxNow describes itself as a roadside assistance and service logistics platform built on Salesforce Service Cloud. It sells to automakers, financial institutions, insurers, warranty and service contract providers, and fleet operators, and includes tools to manage provider networks and connect to telematics.
It is not a membership you buy as a driver. That means the rules about tow distance, covered services and destinations come from the program that offers you roadside help, such as your warranty, insurer or vehicle brand.
Choosing where the tow goes
Each roadside program sets its own rules on how far it tows and where, and extra miles may cost extra. Ask before the truck leaves, so there are no surprises.
If your car is under a service contract, tell the dispatcher. A contract may limit where towing is reimbursed. We do not tow, so the roadside program arranges the truck.
What happens when your car arrives
We diagnose cars, SUVs, hybrids, EVs, vans and light trucks. You get photos and a written price first, sales tax on parts only, and your choice of a 90 day, 1 year or 2 year shop warranty.
