How Drive Roadside works

Drive Roadside is a pay-per-use roadside service run by Mobile Roadside, LLC. There is no membership and no monthly fee. You pick the service, share your location, see the price before you confirm, and track the truck live in the app.

Services include towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery and winch-outs. Its Miami page says the tow truck takes your car to a safe location or repair shop. Its site publishes towing as a hook fee plus a per-mile rate, so a shorter trip usually means a lower bill. Confirm the final price in the app.

Why choose a nearby shop

If you broke down near Bird Road, Westchester, Coral Terrace, Olympia Heights or the Palmetto, our shop is a short trip. That matters when you pay by the mile.

We handle cars, SUVs, EVs, hybrids, pickups and vans like the Sprinter, Transit and ProMaster, plus exotic and luxury cars. We also do collision, body and paint repair, so if the car was in a crash, we can look at the body and the mechanical side in one visit. We do not do glass.

Questions people ask

Can I tell Drive Roadside where to tow my car in Miami?
Drive Roadside's Miami page says the truck takes your car to a safe location or repair shop. Enter our address when you request the tow and confirm it with the driver. The price you see before confirming should reflect the trip.
Does Sprinter Garage tow cars?
No. We do not tow and we do not do mobile service. Use your roadside service for the tow and we take it from there.
What happens when my car gets to your shop?
We check it in with photos, diagnose the problem, and send you a written price. Work only starts after you approve it.
Is it a problem if the tow arrives late at night?
Call or text us before the tow so we can plan the drop. Do not leave keys in an unlocked car.
Can you work on a van or work truck that Drive Roadside towed?
Yes. We work on vans and light trucks like the Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster and Chevy Express. We do not work on semi trucks.

Sprinter Garage is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Drive Roadside, and Drive Roadside does not own this shop. Drive Roadside and its marks belong to their owners. What your contract or plan covers is decided by Drive Roadside, not by the shop.
