Roadside Protect sent the tow? Here is how to get to a Miami shop you pick
Roadside Protect runs roadside programs for other companies, like warranty sellers, fleets, insurers, employers and membership groups. You reach it through the plan you already have, and that plan sets the tow rules. If it lets you choose the shop, send the car to Sprinter Garage, 7217 SW 42nd St, Miami.

What Roadside Protect is
Roadside Protect is a specialty roadside assistance company. It builds and runs roadside programs for businesses in fleets and warranties, the automotive aftermarket, insurance, finance and membership groups, and employers. It runs its own call center and says it has managed more than 2,000,000 dispatches since 2002. Bosch has since acquired the company.
You do not buy Roadside Protect directly. It works behind the plan you have.
Who decides where the tow goes
Because Roadside Protect runs programs for many clients, the tow distance and destination rules come from your plan, not from one Roadside Protect policy. Read the roadside section of your contract or ask the dispatcher before the truck leaves. If the shop you pick is past the limit, your plan may charge the extra miles.
If your roadside came with a service contract
Many warranty plans include roadside help. If yours did, the same contract may cover the repair. Do not let any shop start work until the administrator has the claim. We contact the administrator, send what it asks for, and explain the result to you in writing.
