Innova tools and RepairSolutions2

Innova has made OBD2 diagnostic tools since 1990. Its lineup includes handheld scanners like the bidirectional 5610, the Innova 1000 Bluetooth scanner, and tablet tools like the SD35. Its free RepairSolutions2 app saves unlimited scans, uses smart detection to point to the primary faulty part, shows dealer recalls and step-by-step repair guides, lists maintenance items, and predicts your car's next likely issues.

Innova's app page says RepairSolutions2 only works with supported Innova tools, not generic dongles.

Why we confirm before replacing

An app's top suggestion is based on what usually fixes a code on cars like yours. It is a good starting point. But two cars with the same code can have different causes: a lean code can be a vacuum leak, a weak fuel pump, or a dirty mass airflow sensor.

We test before quoting so you do not pay for a part that will not fix it.

Recalls and predicted repairs

If RepairSolutions2 shows an open recall, contact a dealer for that brand, since recall repairs are usually done there. If it lists predicted issues, we can inspect those items during your visit and tell you which are worn and which are fine, with photos.

The app's suggestion is a strong lead, not a test. If you are not sure, have the part tested first to avoid buying the wrong one.
Can I bring my RepairSolutions2 report to a Miami shop?
Yes. Show us the saved scan when you arrive. It helps us start in the right place.
Should I clear the check engine light with my Innova tool before coming in?
Better not. Clearing erases freeze frame data that helps diagnosis. If you already cleared it, drive normally until it returns and then book.
Does Innova recommend a repair shop?
Check the app. We are an independent shop and you can book with us directly.
