Sprinter Garage

Bought a car through SalvageReseller? Get it inspected in Miami

SalvageReseller lets the public bid on Copart auction vehicles, and it says plainly that every auction vehicle sells as is, where is. Once your car is in Miami, a post-purchase inspection at Sprinter Garage tells you what it needs, mechanical and body, before you rely on it. You get findings with photos and a written price for anything you choose to fix.

SalvageReseller at Sprinter Garage

  1. 1
    Get the car to us

We do not tow or pick up, so have your transporter deliver it to 7217 SW 42nd St, or drive it in if it is safe to drive. Book first so we expect it.

  2. 2
    Bring the paperwork

Your auction listing, title type, and any condition notes. It helps us know what was reported.

  3. 3
    Post-purchase inspection

We check engine, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, cooling, AC, electrical, body and paint, scan every module we can reach, and photograph what we find.

  4. 4
    Written list, your call

You get a written list split into safety items and everything else, each with a price. You decide what we do, if anything.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

What SalvageReseller is

SalvageReseller is a broker that lets non-dealers buy at Copart auctions. It is run by Inloher Corp, has operated since 2004, and says it is not owned by or affiliated with Copart. Buyers search listings, register for a membership to bid, bid live or use Buy It Now, then arrange payment, pickup and shipping. All sales are binding and final.

Listings carry title types: clean, salvage, rebuilt, and non-repairable, which is parts only.

Why inspect after you win

SalvageReseller's own advice is that what you learn before bidding is all the protection you get, and it suggests yard inspections or hiring an inspector before you bid. If you bought without one, the next best step is a thorough look as soon as the car arrives.

Auction photos show the outside. They do not show a slipping transmission, a failing AC compressor, or warning lights after a battery has been disconnected for weeks.

What we check and what we fix

We look at mechanical and electrical condition, including hybrids and EVs, and at the body and paint. We also do collision, body and paint repair, so once the car is here you get one written estimate with photos for the body and mechanical work before anything starts. We do not do glass. If your car has a salvage title, ask Florida's motor vehicle agency what it needs for a rebuilt title, since that is a separate process.

Questions people ask

Can you inspect a Copart car before I bid on SalvageReseller?
We do not go to auction yards, since we have no mobile service. We can inspect a car once it is delivered to our shop.
Is a SalvageReseller purchase refundable if the car has problems?
SalvageReseller says all sales are binding and final and vehicles sell as is, where is. That is why a quick inspection after delivery matters.
Can you fix a salvage title car?
Yes, on most cars. We do mechanical, electrical, collision, body and paint repair, with a written estimate and photos before any work. The rebuilt title process is separate and goes through the state.
Do you check hybrids and EVs from auctions?
Yes. We work on hybrids and EVs of every brand, including battery health checks.
Where do I have my transporter drop the car?
