Sprinter Garage

Odomotive flagged a fleet vehicle in Miami. Where do you take it?

When Odomotive tells a fleet manager that a truck or van needs service, the next step is a shop that can confirm the problem and get the vehicle back on the road. Sprinter Garage, near Bird Road and the Palmetto, works on Sprinters, Transits, ProMasters, Express and Savana vans, pickups and small fleets. You get a written price for that exact vehicle before any work starts.

Odomotive at Sprinter Garage

  1. 1
    Share the alert

Send us what Odomotive reported: the fault code, odometer reading, battery voltage or coolant temperature reading, and the unit number your fleet uses.

  2. 2
    Book the van

Book online or call or text us. If Odo is setting up the visit for you, the manager still approves it by text, so we confirm the time with whoever approves the work.

  3. 3
    We confirm on the lift

A fault code or reading is a starting point. We test the system, take photos, and write down what we find for that unit.

  4. 4
    Written price, your yes

You get a written estimate with photos. Nothing is done until the fleet manager says yes, and we text updates as the job moves.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

What Odomotive does for a fleet

Odomotive is a fleet maintenance platform built around telematics data. It reads Geotab data with read-only access and watches fault codes, odometer readings, battery voltage, coolant temperature and engine hours. Its AI assistant, called Odo, texts the fleet manager when service is coming due and can call repair shops to book appointments, but only after the manager approves by text.

The idea is to service vans and trucks based on what the data shows, not only on a fixed calendar, so maintenance windows can be planned weeks ahead.

Why a confirmed diagnosis still matters

A coolant temperature trend or a stored code tells you something changed. It does not tell you which part failed. A low voltage reading can be a tired battery, a charging problem or a parasitic draw from upfit wiring.

We check the vehicle in person, explain what the data meant, and put the answer in writing with photos. That record helps the next time the same alert shows up.

Fleet vans we work on

Sprinter, Transit, ProMaster, Express and Savana vans, pickups and light work trucks. We handle diagnostics, brakes, cooling systems, electrical, AC, tires, alignment and transmissions. We do not work on semi trucks, do DOT inspections, tow, or send mobile techs.

Questions people ask

Can Odomotive book my fleet van at any repair shop?
Odomotive says Odo can call shops to book service and that it can work with the shops a fleet already uses. If you want your vans at Sprinter Garage, tell your Odomotive contact or book with us directly.
Odomotive showed a fault code. Is that the repair?
No. A code points to a system, not a specific part. We confirm the cause on the lift and give you a written price before any work.
Do you work on Sprinter and Transit vans in Miami?
Yes. Vans and light trucks are a big part of our work, including Sprinter, Transit, ProMaster, Express and Savana. We are at 7217 SW 42nd St, one block south of Bird Road.
Can you service several fleet vehicles?
Yes, we work with small fleets. Each vehicle gets its own written estimate and photos, so the manager can approve unit by unit.
Do you come to our yard?
No. We do not offer mobile service or towing. Vehicles come to the shop.

Sprinter Garage is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Odomotive, and Odomotive does not own this shop. Odomotive and its marks belong to their owners. What your contract or plan covers is decided by Odomotive, not by the shop.
