Sprinter Garage

Your car's service contract says Amynta. Here is how to use it in Miami

Amynta Group owns several companies that write and run vehicle service contracts sold by car dealers and agents. Your contract may name Amynta or one of its companies. Sprinter Garage can diagnose the car, contact the administrator on your contract before any repair, and explain the result in writing.

  1. 1
Find the administrator on your contract

Look at the first page. It may say Amynta or a company in its group. That company takes the claim.

  2. 2
Check where repairs can be done

Read the repair facility section. Some contracts want the selling dealer first. Others allow any licensed shop.

  3. 3
    Bring the car to us

Book online, or call or text us with the contract number. We diagnose and document it with photos.

  4. 4
    We contact the administrator

We send the diagnosis and estimate and wait for approval. You get in writing what is covered and what is not.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

What Amynta is

Amynta Group is a risk and insurance services company with a warranty and protection business for the auto industry. It serves automakers, franchised and independent dealers, and retail agents. Its vehicle service contract programs include stated component, exclusionary and wrap plans for new and used vehicles, plus options like roadside and rental help.

Names you may see on your contract

Amynta lists several companies that offer its auto contracts, including Automotive Assurance, SymTech, Warranty Solutions, WarranTech, AAGI, Team Pivotal and Atlantic Dealer Services. The one printed on your contract is the one that handles your claim, with its own steps and claim line.

Each one sets its own rules on where you can repair and how claims are approved.

The steps that do not change

Whichever company runs your contract, the safe path is the same: have the shop contact the administrator before any repair, keep your maintenance receipts, and get the approved amount in writing. We do all three, and we never promise approval. The administrator decides.

Questions people ask

My contract says Amynta. Who do I call for a claim?
The administrator printed on your contract, which may be Amynta or one of its companies. The claim number is on the contract.
Can I use an independent shop?
It depends on which Amynta company runs your contract. Many allow a licensed repair facility, some want the selling dealer first. Check your contract.
Is AAGI part of Amynta?
Yes. Amynta acquired AAGI, American Auto Guardian, in 2019. AAGI has its own claim steps.
What should I bring?
The contract, the current mileage and maintenance receipts. Administrators often ask for them on engine and transmission claims.
What if the repair is not covered?
We explain it in writing. You can have us repair it as a regular job with a written price first, and pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year or 2 years.

Sprinter Garage is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amynta Group, and Amynta Group does not own this shop. Amynta Group and its marks belong to their owners. What your contract or plan covers is decided by Amynta Group, not by the shop.
