Have an NVP Warranty contract? Start your claim at a Miami shop
NVP Warranty says your car can be repaired at any licensed repair facility in the US or Canada. Sprinter Garage, near Bird Road and the Palmetto, diagnoses the problem, calls NVP for pre-authorization, and tells you in writing what is covered before any work begins.
NVP Warranty at Sprinter Garage

Call or text us with your NVP contract number. Do not okay a repair until NVP has given pre-authorization.

We diagnose on the lift and document it with photos, codes and mileage.

NVP says a claims adjuster works with the shop's service writer on the claim. We send the estimate and anything the adjuster asks for.
- 4In writing before work
You see what NVP approved, your deductible, and anything not covered.
- 5NVP pays the shop
After the repair we send the repair order. NVP says it pays the repair facility directly for covered repairs.

- Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
- You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.

NVP plans
NVP Warranty is based in Independence, Ohio, and has sold vehicle service contracts since 2012. Its plan names include Powertrain, 3 Star, 4 Star, 5 Star, Exclusionary, Exclusionary Plus and Exclusionary Wrap. It also lists EV Total Care and EV Wrap for electric cars.
NVP says roadside assistance is included with all plans it sells, and trip interruption benefits come with some plans such as 5 Star and Exclusionary.
Choosing your shop
NVP's FAQ says the car can be repaired at any licensed repair facility in the US or Canada. NVP also has a repair facility search on its site, which is optional. The key rule is pre-authorization: the shop must call NVP before repairs.
EV and hybrid owners
