Bought a vehicle plan from Warranty Outlet? How a Miami repair works
Warranty Outlet sells extended warranties directly to consumers, but the plans are run by third-party administrators. That means your claim goes to the administrator named in your contract. Call or text Sprinter Garage near Bird Road before any repair, and we diagnose, document and work with that administrator.
Warranty Outlet at Sprinter Garage
- 1Find your administrator
Your contract names the administrator and the claims number. Warranty Outlet's FAQ says you call the claims number and a specialist walks you through it.
- 2Reach us before repairs
Book online or call or text us. Bring the contract, mileage and maintenance receipts.
- 3Diagnosis and photos
We confirm the failure and write an estimate for your exact vehicle.
- 4Administrator review, then work
We send what the administrator asks for and work with any inspector. You see the approval, deductible and exclusions in writing first.
- A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
- Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
- You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
- Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.
How Warranty Outlet is set up
Warranty Outlet sells coverage for gas and hybrid cars, electric vehicles, RVs, powersports and homes, aiming to skip dealer markups. It works with outside administrators, and its site names companies such as Integrity Admin Group and 1800 Warranty. Its FAQ says it connects buyers only with administrators rated Excellent or better by A.M. Best. Some plans are described as bumper-to-bumper exclusionary coverage.
Warranty Outlet's site also mentions a year of identity theft protection bundled with some plans.
What that means for your claim
Because the seller and the administrator are different companies, rules about pre-approval, which shops you can use, and deductibles come from the administrator's contract, not from the sales website. Read the claims and repair facility sections before you authorize anything.
If you bought an EV plan, check how it treats the high voltage battery and charging parts. We work on EVs and hybrids of every brand.
How we handle it
We are an independent licensed shop. We call the administrator, send photos and the estimate, and bill it directly for what it approves. We never promise approval.
