Who ASC Warranty is

ASC Warranty is the brand of Auto Services Company, Inc., which says it dates back to 1986. Its agreements are sold through car dealers with different terms and levels of coverage, and ASC runs its own claims department. ASC also lists roadside help, such as towing and jump starts, with its agreements.

ASC's rule that matters most: call before the repair

ASC's customer page is direct about it: it wants to hear from you before any repairs are made, and repairs done without its claims department's OK can be denied. That is why we never start a covered repair on an ASC car until ASC has answered.

ASC asks for four things when a claim opens: the agreement number, the current mileage, a description of the problem and when it started, and where the car is now. Have those ready and the call goes faster.

Where ASC says you can take the car

ASC's FAQ says you can take the vehicle to any ASE Certified repair facility, in its words wherever you normally take your vehicle. Your agreement is the final word on this, so ask ASC's claims department to confirm a shop meets your agreement's rules before you authorize anything. We help you make that call from our counter.

Can I use my ASC Warranty at an independent shop in Miami?

What do I need to start an ASC Warranty claim?
