Integrity Warranty plans

Integrity Warranty LLC, based in Ooltewah, Tennessee, administers used car service contracts sold through dealers. It lists six plans: Basic and Bronze for vehicles up to 20 years old and 200,000 miles, Silver up to 15 years and 150,000 miles, Gold Exclusionary up to 10 years and 125,000 miles, Total Exclusionary up to 8 years and 60,000 miles, and Integrity Electric Vehicle up to 10 years and 125,000 miles.

Integrity says all contracts include roadside assistance, towing, battery service, flat tire help, emergency fluid delivery, lockout help and car rental reimbursement.

Your shop, your choice

Integrity states plainly that it lets you use the repair facility of your choice. That includes an independent shop like ours. You still need Integrity's approval before covered work, so do not let anyone start a repair until the claim is confirmed.

Integrity also offers a complimentary five-year maintenance plan with qualified service contracts. Check your paperwork to see whether yours has one and how it works.

EV plan holders

If you have the Integrity Electric Vehicle plan, we work on EVs of every brand. Before a claim, check whether the factory battery or drivetrain warranty still applies, since that usually comes first. We can document the failure for either one.
