NAAC says it provides service contract solutions to automotive dealerships and their customers. Its coverage ranges from basic powertrain to more complete protection, and its site mentions EV coverage and a mobile app. If you bought a car at a dealer and added a service contract, check whether NAAC is named on it.

Filing a claim with NAAC

NAAC's file a claim page says claims can be filed online 24/7 or through its mobile app. It has two paths: an Advisors tab for shops and a Customer tab for drivers. The page states that only ASE certified shops can file a claim under the Advisors tab.

What to have ready
