BeeCovered at Sprinter Garage

    Get safe first

    BeeCovered's first step is to get safe and arrange roadside help if needed. We do not tow; your roadside provider can bring the car to 7217 SW 42nd St.

    Diagnosis at our shop

    BeeCovered's next step is a diagnosis at a licensed repair facility. We find the cause and photograph it.

    Call BeeCovered claims

    We call BeeCovered with the diagnosis and estimate. BeeCovered may ask for your service records, so have them ready.

    Written answer, then work

    You get the approved repair, your deductible and anything not covered in writing. You pay any deductible at pickup.

How the price works
  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

Who BeeCovered is

BeeCovered sells protection plans for cars and homes. Its vehicle service contracts are administered by Bee Auto Administration, Inc., and its home contracts by a separate company. Plans cover mechanical and electronic failures, depending on the plan you bought.

The prior authorization rule, and the one exception

BeeCovered says all of its contracts require prior authorization. Its FAQ notes an exception for emergency repairs of two hours or less, which can be authorized after the fact. Anything bigger waits for BeeCovered's answer.

At our shop that means we diagnose and stop. We call BeeCovered, send what it asks for, and only start covered work after it answers. If you want work done that is not covered, we price it separately and you decide.

What to bring

BeeCovered's claim page asks for your service agreement, your service history records on request, and your OK for diagnosis and repair. Bring your agreement and oil change receipts. If you service with us, our records are already on file.

Questions people ask

Can I use BeeCovered at any repair shop?
BeeCovered's auto FAQ says you may go to any licensed repair facility you choose. Every claim still needs BeeCovered's prior authorization before repairs. We handle that call for you.
Does BeeCovered need my maintenance records?
BeeCovered's claim page says vehicle service history records may be requested. Bring oil change and service receipts with your agreement. Missing records can slow a claim.
What if I need a small emergency repair right away?
BeeCovered's FAQ says emergency repairs of two hours or less can be authorized after the fact. Anything larger needs prior authorization. Ask us and we will check with BeeCovered.
Does BeeCovered cover a rental car?
It depends on your plan. Read your agreement for rental terms and limits, or ask BeeCovered when the claim opens.
