Endurance at Sprinter Garage

  1. 1
    Reach us first

Call or text us with your Endurance contract ID before you okay any repair. Endurance says the shop must get approval from the administrator before repairs begin.

  2. 2
    Diagnosis with photos

We confirm the failure on the lift and take photos of the part, the codes and the odometer.

  3. 3
    We open the claim

Our service writer contacts Endurance, or the administrator named on your contract, and sends the estimate and photos.

  4. 4
    Written breakdown for you

You see in writing what Endurance approved, your deductible, and anything not covered, before we turn a wrench.

  5. 5
    Repair and updates by text

We bill the administrator for the covered part of the job and text you at each step until the car is ready.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

Endurance plans and who runs the claim

Endurance Warranty Services sells vehicle service contracts. Its site lists plans such as Secure Plus for older cars, Superior for common breakdown parts, and Supreme as its widest coverage. Endurance says it administers most of its contracts itself. In California a different company handles its mechanical breakdown insurance, so always check the administrator printed on your contract ID card.

Endurance's FAQ says most plans have a waiting period of 30 days and 1,000 miles from the contract start date. A claim inside that window is usually not covered.

Choosing your shop

Endurance's site says you can choose your mechanic and also offers a shop search tool. Using that tool is optional. What matters is that the shop calls for approval before repairs, which we always do. We never start covered work on a guess.

Elite Benefits

Endurance includes a year of Elite Benefits with its plans, with reimbursement for things like road hazard tire repair and key fob replacement. Endurance says you must get prior authorization by calling within a set time. Those benefits are paid to you by Endurance, so keep your invoice from us.

Questions people ask

Can I take my Endurance plan to any mechanic in Miami?
Endurance says you can choose your mechanic. The shop has to get approval from the administrator before repairs. Check your contract for any other conditions.
Does Endurance pay the shop or me?
Endurance's FAQ says the shop gets authorization first and you pay any deductible when the repair is done. We bill the administrator for the covered amount and tell you your share in writing up front.
My car broke down in the first month. Is it covered?
Endurance says most plans have a 30 day and 1,000 mile waiting period. If you are still inside it, we can repair the car as a regular job with a written price first.
What does the adjuster need from the shop?
Usually the diagnosis, photos, the failed part, mileage and sometimes maintenance records. We send what Endurance asks for and work with any inspector it sends.
Will Endurance approve my AC or transmission repair?
We cannot promise that. The administrator decides under your contract. We give you the diagnosis and the approved amount in writing so you can decide your next step.

Sprinter Garage is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Endurance, and Endurance does not own this shop. Endurance and its marks belong to their owners. What your contract or plan covers is decided by Endurance, not by the shop.
