Have a VIP Warranty car plan? Find out who backs it before a Miami repair
Several unrelated warranty products use the name VIP, and we could not confirm an official site for a car service contract company called VIP Warranty. The fastest way to a working claim is your contract: it names the obligor and the administrator who pays. Find those, then call or text Sprinter Garage near Bird Road before any repair.
VIP Warranty at Sprinter Garage
- 1Read the first page of your contract
Look for the words obligor, administrator, or provider, and the claims phone number printed there. That company handles your claim.
- 2Check where it was sold
If a car brand's dealer sold it, it may be the brand's own plan, which often sends repairs to that brand's dealers. Your contract will say.
- 3Contact us before any repair
Bring the contract, your mileage and maintenance receipts. We diagnose and photograph the problem.
- 4We call the administrator
We send what it asks for and work with any inspector. You get what is approved, the deductible and anything not covered in writing first.
- A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
- Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
- You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
- Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.
Why the name alone is not enough
Plans are often marketed under one name and administered by another company. When a name is shared by unrelated products, calling the wrong number wastes days. When we searched in October 2026, we could not find a verifiable official website for a vehicle service contract company called VIP Warranty, so we are not stating plan details here.
The Federal Trade Commission notes that many service contracts are handled by independent companies called administrators. That administrator, named in your paperwork, is the one that approves repairs.
Questions to answer before work starts
Does the contract require pre-approval? Can you use any licensed repair facility, or only certain ones? Is there a deductible per visit or per repair? What maintenance records does it ask for? The FTC recommends checking all of these, and keeping records of oil changes, tire rotations, belts, brake pads and inspections.
If you cannot find answers, bring the contract in. We will help you read the claims section and make the first call with you.
What we do at Sprinter Garage
We are an independent licensed shop. We diagnose, document with photos, and bill the administrator directly for what it approves. We never promise approval. If the plan does not cover it, you get a written price and decide.
