National Auto Care at Sprinter Garage

  1. 1
    Find your NAC paperwork

Bring your NAC contract number, mileage and maintenance receipts. Do not authorize work yet.

  2. 2
    Go to NAC support

The old National Auto Care web address now leads to an NAC support page on EasyCare's site, with a repair facility portal for claims.

  3. 3
    We diagnose and document

We find the failure and take photos so the claim has clear facts.

  4. 4
    Claim before repair

We contact the claims team with the estimate and answer its questions. Nothing starts before approval.

  5. 5
    Written answer, then work

We explain in writing what was approved, your deductible, and what is not covered, then bill the administrator for the covered part.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

What changed at National Auto Care

EasyCare's site states that National Auto Care has merged with EasyCare. Contracts NAC administered are still supported, through an NAC support page that includes a repair facility portal for claims and a GAP claims portal. For cancellations, that page points you to your original selling dealer, since NAC contracts were sold through dealerships.

If your paperwork says National Auto Care, start with that NAC support page, not an old phone number.

Can you use any licensed shop?

EasyCare's claim procedures for its own contracts say you can have the vehicle repaired at any licensed repair facility, with the facility calling for authorization before any repair. But that page sends National Auto Care holders to a separate support page, so NAC contract rules may differ. Read your NAC contract for where repairs can be done, and confirm with the claims team before work starts.

What adjusters may ask for

EasyCare's procedures say it may request service records or an independent inspection before authorizing repairs, and that you pay your deductible and any non-covered repairs. Keep maintenance receipts handy. We are ready for an inspector visit and keep the failed parts until the claim closes.
