    Olive's process has the shop call the claims office with the diagnosis and the estimate. We send whatever the administrator asks for and work with any inspector it sends.

    Before work starts we explain what is approved, your deductible, and anything not covered. Your deductible is paid once per approved repair visit, per Olive.

Who is behind an Olive plan

Olive sells vehicle repair plans, which are vehicle service contracts, not car insurance. In most states the contracts are administered by QBE Administration Services, Inc., and Olive's FAQ says QBE approves and pays valid claims. Olive describes three plan options with a choice of deductibles, month-to-month billing, and the option to cancel at any time.

Olive also says coverage starts the day after you buy, with no waiting period. Your own plan documents are what decide what is covered, so keep them handy.

How a claim works at Sprinter Garage

Olive's steps are simple: find a repair shop, get approval, the administrator pays the bill, you pay your deductible, and you drive away. The key is the order. Let us know about your Olive plan before any part is replaced, because the claims office needs to see the diagnosis and estimate first.

We never promise approval. The administrator decides under the contract. What we do is give it a clear diagnosis, photos and an accurate estimate, and keep you informed.
