Aegis vehicle service contract? Getting a claim started in Miami
Aegis Administration sells vehicle service contracts in four tiers, from Mileage Max to Ultimate Care, and takes claims through its online claim portal. Sprinter Garage can diagnose the car, document the failure with photos, and send Aegis what it asks for before any repair.

- 1Find your tier and claim rules
Your contract shows your tier and its repair facility rules. Start the claim through Aegis's claim site or the number on your contract.
- 2Bring the car to us
Book online, or call or text us with your contract number. Do not okay any repair yet.
- 3Diagnosis with photos
We find the cause and give you photos, codes and the estimate to upload or send to Aegis.
- 4Approval in writing, then repair
Once Aegis decides, we tell you in writing what is covered, your deductible and what is not, before any work.
- A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
- Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
- You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
- Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.
Aegis vehicle tiers
Aegis lists four vehicle service contract tiers. Mileage Max covers the core powertrain: engine, turbo or supercharger, transmission, transfer case, drive axle, and seals and gaskets. Extra Mile adds steering, AC and heating, cooling, fuel system and electrical parts. Total Assure adds brakes, suspension and limited EV and hybrid parts. Ultimate Care covers all parts except listed exclusions.
Aegis also sells home service contracts, which have nothing to do with your car.
Filing the claim
Aegis runs claims through its claim site, which walks you through the details and lets you upload documents. Aegis's public pages we read do not spell out which repair shops qualify, so read the repair facility section of your contract. Aegis notes its terms may not be offered in every state.
What helps the claim
Clear photos of the failed part, the scan report, the mileage and your maintenance receipts. We provide the first three with every diagnosis. Keep your oil change receipts in one place.
