Have an Alpha Warranty contract? Get your claim started at a Miami shop

Alpha Warranty Services contracts are often sold at the dealership when you buy the car. If the car breaks down in Miami, Sprinter Garage can diagnose it, open the claim with Alpha before any repair, and tell you in writing what Alpha will pay before we start.

Alpha Warranty Services at Sprinter Garage

  1. 1
    Contact us before any repair

Send us your Alpha contract number and what the car is doing. Do not let any shop start repairs before Alpha has the claim.

  2. 2
    We diagnose

We diagnose the concern only, take photos, and note the mileage and the failed part.

  3. 3
We submit the claim to Alpha

Alpha takes claims from repair facilities online or by phone before any work beyond diagnosis. We send the estimate and anything Alpha asks for.

  4. 4
    Approval in writing

You get in writing what Alpha approved, your deductible, and what is not covered. Then you decide.

  5. 5
    Repair and payment

Alpha says it pays the repair facility directly once you sign that the work is done. You pay your deductible.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

Alpha plans

Alpha Warranty Services sells its contracts through dealers and agents. Its Alpha Tiered contract has five levels, from Limited Powertrain and Powertrain Plus up through Extended, Supreme and Full Coverage, which is exclusionary. Its top plan, PriorityOne Unlimited, covers most parts on the car. Alpha's brochures list roadside assistance and rental assistance as benefits.

Alpha's brochure says the obligor on the contract is either Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. or United Service Protection, Inc. Check your declaration page to see which.

Where you can take the car

Alpha's FAQ says you can take the car to the dealer that sold it or to a repair facility you already know. Its contract language says repairs go to a licensed repair facility the administrator accepts for the claim. In practice that means the shop calls Alpha first. That is how we work on every contract.

What to have ready

Your contract number, current mileage, and oil change records. On engine, turbo and transmission claims, administrators often ask for proof of maintenance. If Alpha asks for a teardown to find the cause, we explain the cost to you in writing first.

Questions people ask

Do I have to go back to the dealer for an Alpha Warranty claim?
Alpha's FAQ says you can use the selling dealer or a repair facility you are comfortable with. The shop must contact Alpha before repairs. Check your contract for its exact terms.
How does Alpha pay the shop?
Alpha says it pays the repair facility directly once the repair is authorized and you sign that the work is complete. You pay your deductible and anything not covered.
Which Alpha plan do I have?
Your plan name is on the declaration page, for example Powertrain Plus, Supreme, Full Coverage or PriorityOne Unlimited. Bring it, or a photo of it, and we will read it with you.
Will Alpha cover my AC compressor?
It depends on your tier. Alpha's tiered brochure lists AC parts at some levels and not at others. We diagnose it and Alpha decides under your contract.
My claim was denied. Can you still fix the car?
Yes. We repair it as a normal job with a written price for your exact car, and you choose the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year or 2 years.
