Sprinter Garage

Axiom administered service contract: getting a repair done in Miami

Axiom is a contract administrator. It manages protection products sold by dealers for cars, RVs, powersports, boats and more, and it handles the claims. Axiom's customer steps start with taking the vehicle to your selling dealership or a repair facility, so check your contract, then bring the car to Sprinter Garage and we follow Axiom's process step by step.

Axiom at Sprinter Garage

  1. 1
    Bring the car and contract

Axiom accepts the contract number or the last 6 digits of the VIN. Send us either with your mileage.

  2. 2
    Axiom's OK first

Axiom lists getting the OK as its second step. We call with the concern before doing more than the basic checks.

  3. 3
Teardown only when you say so

Some failures need parts removed to confirm. Axiom lists authorizing teardown as its own step, so we get your yes and Axiom's before taking anything apart.

  4. 4
    Repair order and payment

After an approved repair, we submit the repair order. Axiom says it can pay by virtual card right away or by check within two business days once documentation is complete.

  • A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
  • Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
  • You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
  • Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.

What Axiom is

Axiom describes itself as an administration company that digitizes and manages protection products and services across automotive, RV, commercial, powersports, marine and home. Its platform covers sales, claims and service requests in one place. It also offers COVI, an owner app that sends warranty expiration and service reminders.

Your contract is sold under a dealer or product name and administered by Axiom. That is why the name on your paperwork might not say Axiom in large type.

What Axiom asks shops for

Axiom's claims page asks the shop for the contract number or the last 6 digits of the VIN, part numbers with list prices, labor time, and pictures for tire or wheel claims. We send those with the diagnosis, which keeps the review moving.

Axiom also lists roadside assistance as part of its customer process; check your contract for what is included.

Selling dealer or repair facility

Axiom's first step is to take the vehicle to your selling dealership or a repair facility. Some contracts prefer the selling dealer. Read yours, and if you are unsure, ask Axiom before any repair.
