Have a ConnexVSC service contract? Getting a repair done in Miami
ConnexVSC sells vehicle service contracts, but the claims are handled by the administrator named on your contract, and ConnexVSC lists several. The first job is figuring out which one is yours. Bring the contract to Sprinter Garage and we call the right administrator before repairs begin.
ConnexVSC at Sprinter Garage
- 1Find the administrator's name
Look on your contract for the administrator. ConnexVSC's claims page lists Magellan Service Corporation, Headstart Warranty Group, Ascent Administration Services and Dealer Loyalty Protection, each with its own process.
- 2Send us the contract
Text us the contract number, administrator and mileage. We note the plan name, such as Platinum or Exclusionary.
- 3Diagnose, then call
We diagnose and photograph. Then we call the administrator before repairs begin, which Magellan, for example, requires.
- 4Written answer first
You get the approved work, deductible and non covered items in writing before any repair.
- A written price for your vehicle before any work starts.
- Sales tax on parts only, never on labor.
- You pick the shop warranty: 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
- Photos with every estimate and a text at each step.
ConnexVSC's plans
ConnexVSC offers coverage for standard vehicles, exotic vehicles, EVs, powersports and tire and wheel. Standard vehicle plans include Platinum Coverage, Exclusionary Coverage, IntelliDrive, Miles of Freedom, Short Term and Top Shelf. Exotic plans come as Executive, Elite and Premiere, and EV plans are sold as Current Care. It also sells through dealers, agents and larger programs.
With that many products, read your plan name and coverage page before assuming a part is included.
EV and hybrid owners
If you have a Current Care EV plan, check your factory warranty first, since high voltage batteries and drive units often carry long factory coverage. For anything outside it, we diagnose EVs and hybrids of every brand and work the claim with your administrator.
Tire and wheel claims
ConnexVSC lists a separate claims line for tire and wheel coverage that must be called before work starts. If a pothole on Bird Road takes out a tire or rim, call that line first.
