What Zoomi sells
Zoomi sells vehicle service contracts by monthly subscription, which it describes as mechanical breakdown coverage, not insurance. Its contracts are administered by Dimension Service Corporation. There are two plans: ZoomiCare, focused on major components like the engine, transmission and differential, and ZoomiCare+, which adds steering, suspension, AC, electrical and brakes. Zoomi offers three deductible choices, towing and rental reimbursement, a 30 day money back guarantee and cancellation anytime.
The Florida question
Zoomi states it does not operate in Florida, and it also does not cover commercial vehicles. So it is not something you can buy for a car registered here. If you already have a plan from another state, your contract and Zoomi decide whether a repair in Miami is covered. Get that answer before anyone replaces a part.
