Empire Auto Protect plans

Empire Auto Protect sells vehicle service plans, not factory warranties. Its FAQ lists four tiers: Silver for major mechanical parts, Supreme which adds steering and more, Platinum, its most complete tier covering items like ABS, AC, fuel system, turbo and high-tech electronics, and EV Platinum for Tesla and other electric vehicles.

Empire's site says its contracts are administered by Mechanicals Choice, with a Florida license number shown on its site. Plans list 24/7 roadside assistance and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Some plans have a deductible and some do not, so check yours.

Licensed shop, your choice

Empire's site says its plans are accepted at your dealership and by any ASE-licensed mechanic, and its FAQ says to take the vehicle to any licensed dealership or repair shop nationwide. That means you are not limited to one network. You still need the claim confirmed before work, so call us before you say yes to any repair.

AC and EV claims in Miami

If you chose Platinum, AC parts are on Empire's list of covered systems, and a dead compressor in August is a common Miami claim. If you have EV Platinum, we work on EVs of every brand. Check your factory battery and drivetrain warranty first, because that usually comes before a service plan.
