Premier Auto Protect plans

Premier Auto Protect sells extended auto warranty plans it calls Vehicle Service Programs, and it administers its own claims. Its plan levels are Powertrain, Powertrain Enhanced, Premium, Exclusionary, and EV Exclusionary for electric vehicles. Higher levels add systems like cooling, AC, fuel, electrical, hybrid components, brakes, steering and suspension, per its plans page.

The company also lists 24/7 roadside help and rental car coverage during repairs. Your own contract sets the limits.

Choosing the shop

Premier's FAQ is direct: you can choose any dealer or local mechanic. It adds that if a facility declines, Premier will help you pick another shop or process reimbursement. Its homepage also refers to ASE credentials for repair facilities, so if you have questions about shop requirements, ask Premier before the repair.
